Welcome to Living Well Life Coaching.  My name is Donna Mandelkow, and I would consider it a privilege to help you navigate the complexity of life, spirituality or relationships.

I understand from my own journey that finding answers is not easy.   However, 11 years ago I was introduced to Living Wisdom Life and Counselling Skills.  At the time, I was the pastoral care pastor at a local church and soon found myself using the tools in ministry and hosting Living Wisdom workshops.

 

To further my effectiveness, I trained as a Living Wisdom Practitioner and in 2019 started Living Well Life Coaching.    Living Wisdom is the brainchild of David Riddell from Nelson, New Zealand.  Living Wisdom is an integration of psychology, wisdom and common sense from a Biblical Perspective.​ I am also a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator and a certified SIRTON Coach.

Background

I came to Christ as a teenager and have spent my life seeking Truth and counselling others (albeit informally for many years).  I have completed a B. Min and have worked in the pastoral space for 20 years.   As a pastor, I am interested in equipping Christians with life-giving theology that supports mental and emotional health and empowers one to reign in life.

Personally, I have found the Living Wisdom material integral to my spiritual, emotional and mental growth.  As a counsellor/coach I am also a life-long learner; seeking to learn and grow both in knowledge and application.  I undertake regular supervisions.  I am an ordained pastor with Full Gospel Australia.

What to Expect from your Session

In my sessions I take care to listen to your story and ask questions that provoke thought and understanding for both of us.  Through listening together, we are seeking to unearth the underlying issues or hindrances to growth.  

 

During the session I aim to equip you with new insights and skills that pertain to the identified issues.   Notes are taken during the session that include personalised Truth Coaches.  These notes and Truth Coaches are emailed after the session for you to revise regularly as an integral part of the therapy.  

Sessions are held in person at Manly West or online.

$90/Session

Counselling and coaching is not covered by Medicare or Private Health Funds.
